a little about gofigir
the mysterious people finder & connector app
so my goal in creating this app was to make meeting new people in small to midsize places fun, simple, minimal & stress free in an original way. the app generates robust geo-fencing around you and other uses, 50 to 100 meters. no tracking or collecting of ANY personal information at all. you simply enter gender...then, 3 things you like and dislike for a 'figir' profile. you are able to see, 'figir's' live and in real time. you can opt to remain undetected and you can also simply ignore 'figir's'. you will have the ability to send simple/minimal commands to other figir's. they in turn can also send some to you. If an interest develops and would like to take it to the next step...there is a command to send...and...you may exchange personal info...on your own. put some of your favorite music on in the background and..... gofigir!!
Does this app collect any personal information on me? Does it track me?

.... I was very adamant when creating this app in that, the preservation of privacy would be absolutely paramount for ALL users. Absolutely NO personal information is collected or stored. Just a simple e-mail is all that is required to start/work. The app detects willing users within a 50 to 100 meter radius ONLY! ....Remember...you can always remain undetected if you wish or simply log out of the app.

There has never been an app like this! ....Yes...absolutely you have the ability to toggle the button to reveal and/or hide yourself all while maintaining your ability to view others and 'participate' hmmmm...Plus...you can opt to 'reject'
It all sounds great, but what does this App actually do?

Basically, this app enables you and anyone (actively connected to the app) to 'see' each other and send minimal pre-made commands to 'figir' out who is who and if you would like to make a connection based on 3 like and 3 dislike parameters. No pictures, no texting, no social media. Simply an assist to gauge who is up to socialize and converse a little. :)
